Belogorka Gorge

Belogorka gorge located 80 km from Bishkek is famous for its waterfall: the largest one in the entire Kyrgyz Ala-Too mountain range.

Belogorka gorge located 80 km from Bishkek is famous for its waterfall: the largest one in the entire Kyrgyz Ala-Too mountain range. The height of the waterfall is 60 m.

The way to the waterfall is along the banks of a river and it takes 1,5-2 hours to get there on foot from the entrance to the gorge. During this fascinating and sometimes extreme trip tourists can enjoy the wonderful mountain scenery, learn about local flora and admire the carpet of fresh green grass and bright mountain flowers. At the end of the path you can not only enjoy the view water falling down from a high cliff and, but also climb to the top of it.
