Semenov Gorge
Semenov Gorge, with a length of about 30 km, is located 40 km from the town of Cholpon-Ata. In the valley there flows the river Ak-Suu, which starts from the glacier.

Rough rocks and dark green tall trees are perfectly combined here with each other and together make up the landscape of extraordinary beauty. Among the attractions of Semenov Gorge are waterfalls at the headspring of the river Ak-Suu and the Lake Sut-Bulak with sky-blue water.
The process of hiking to them can last for more than one day, but it can impress every traveler. In Semenov gorge there is also a camp which functioned during the Soviet time, where sometimes stay athletes coming here for trainings.
